I’m Danielle Lehn, the baker and owner. I have a passion for crafting sourdough bread and sweet treats, and I’m always excited to experiment with new recipes. Some of the baked goods I am known for are my sourdough bread, homemade flakies and pastries to cookies and my latest addition, donuts, I take pride in everything I create.

At Twisted Whisk, I make all my fillings and preserves from scratch, using real ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. Quality is key in everything I make.

Beyond baking, I love all things culinary. When I’m not baking, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking up delicious savory dishes. Supporting local businesses and communities is important to me, and I strive to use local ingredients in my creations
